STEM WALL INSPECTION* - upon completion of the stem wall.  Includes a visual inspection of the stem wall and underground plumbing (if it is not already buried).  If the home has a basement, add $50.00.

FRAME INSPECTION * - just prior to the insulation and drywall being installed.  Includes a visual inspection of the structure, trusses, sheathing/flashing, plumbing rough-in, electrical rough-in, workmanship, windows, heating and A/C ducts, heating and A/C equipment rough-in.  The Inspector also looks for items that might cause damage to the property in the future.

FINAL INSPECTION * - when construction is complete, utilities are turned on, and the A/C has been started by the builder (just prior to the final walk-through).  All items covered in ‘Pre-Purchase & Warranty Inspections’ above are also covered in this inspection.  This inspection is 25% OFF if we did your frame inspection!  Otherwise, this inspection is the same price as the Frame Inspection.

Notes & Restrictions Regarding our Prices:

All offers, promotions and guarantees above are valid ONLY in the Phoenix-metro area.  Prices current as of 31 July 2008, and subject to change without notice.  Only one discount or offer may be used at a time.   Discounts are applied to the BASE INSPECTION PRICE ONLY.  Absolutely NO discounts or other promotional offers may be applied to Construction Inspections or to inspections billed to escrow.

Low Price Guarantee requires that both the inspection and report are comparable to the inspection and report offered by Homewerx, Inc., including all items that are inspected.  Since Homewerx offers a free infrared inspection in one room with all home inspections, a comparable inspection must include the same.  Also, the report must be computer-generated with color photographs included.  The inspector and firm offering the lower price must be properly registered with the AZ Board of Technical Registration, and must also be fully insured (including E&O Insurance, General Liability & Workman's Comp).  All Inspectors employed by the firm must be ASHI Members or Candidates in good standing.  When you make your appointment, you must ask for the Low Price Guarantee, and you must provide us with the name of the Inspector, the name of the company and the total price you were quoted for your home inspection (including additional fees for age, pools, spas, fountains, etc.; but not including fees for termite reports, lab testing or other additional services).  No other discounts or offers accepted with Low Price Guarantee.
